Cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet connection in all the hoteI. The WI-FI network provides internet access to our clients on the hotel territory.

Accommodation for children. Children under the age of 9 are accommodated in parents' room free of charge.

Reservation. You can book a room at any time of the day. Our hotel offers you a 24-hour room service and free reservation.

Ticket booking. We will help you to book air and railway tickets upon your request.

Our hotel renders the following extra services: secure luggage store room, a safety deposit box at the reception. Our administrator will give you the opportunity to safely store documents, as well as other valuables. For your peace of mind, there are also outdoor surveillance cameras and hotel security system.

Concierge services. We can book or buy tickets to the theater, cinema, circus, etc., order flowers, gifts, carry out necessary purchases, call a cab, etc.

We kindly ask you to contact the administrator for a kettle, corkscrew, plates, spoons, forks, glasses, additional blankets or linen (if necessary).

Please, read the hotel policy below .
 General Terms & Conditions:
 Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is obliged to submit a personal document according to the procedure established by law; foreign citizens are obliged to present a passport, migration card, visa. If the guest agrees with the current hotel rules and accommodation arrangements, the contract for accommodation shall be deemed to have been concluded.
 The "Stan Gret" hotel guarantees its guests observance of confidentiality. You may leave your comments and recommendations in the review book at the reception desk.
 These Rules are developed based on the current Ukrainian legislation, the decree of the Ministry of Housing and Communal services of Ukraine, the State Committee of Ukraine on Tourism, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and taking into account the requirements of the International Hotel & Restaurant Association.

Guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 3 days before  to arrival. Guest will be charged the first night of cancellation within 3 days before to arrival.
A prepayment is due from the guest - the cost of the first night after booking. When leaving before the deadline, please inform the administration within 3 days. In case of unexpected departure of a predetermined time, the cost of 1 day of stay is charged from the guest.
1. The hotel works for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out time is at 12:00h, check-in is after 14:00h.
2. We have not a restaurant. Breakfast is provided by our partners "HOME CAFE". Also you can start your day with a "Continental breakfast". It is a pie with coffee. You can order it in advance with administrator on reception or in your comments during your reservation. It serves in the room from 07:00 till 10:00 am. The price is 120,00 UAH per person.
3. If you need to store your luggage, you can contact the administrator for assistance. Items left unattended in the room or in the hotel are guests responsibility.
4. Extra services offered to our clients: emergency call, taxi order, alarm clock service, use of an electric kettle, iron and hairdryer.
5. Please keep the property of the hotel and observe fire safety rules. Before leaving the room, please close windows, water taps, turn off the light and appliances. The guest compensates the value of the damaged property at the hotel.
6. The hotel also operates a video surveillance system / with the exception of toilets and hotel rooms. Using the services of the hotel, you agree with video surveillance.
7. The checked out room keys are handed over to the front desk receptionist.
1. Smoking indoor is prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
2. Usage of electrical appliances in the room, except for those authorized for use.
3. Giving your room key to other people, who don’t share your room.
4. Keeping flammable materials in room.
5. Keeping other dangerous for other peoples’ health materials in your room.
6. Moving hotel furniture in the room or moving it out of the room.
7. Violating the generally accepted rules of behavior, or be under the influence of illegal drugs on the territory of hotel.
8. Aggressive behavior and acts, threatening the health and property of others.
9. Damage of hotel property.
10. Placing guests in the room after 23:00 without paying and registering their stay at the hotel.
11. Staying in the hotel with pets without a consent of the Hotel management.

Hotel rules violation will incur a compensation of 50% of your daily room rate primarily and 100% of your daily room rate secondarily. 
The administrationhas the right to refuse further guest accommodation.
